In the picture you will see a GREEN wire. You need to take that wire and connect it to any BLACK wire. A paper clip works great, and if you are savy with soldering you can make a homemade jumper.
In thepin layout part of the picture you can see the GREEN wire and the pins that read COM. That is the ideal spot to jump from.

I have a 12v water pump that is for a fountain. I use a small PSU to power the pump, the original power source burnt out. It also works well for fans for your desk.
